Introduction
The month begun with high expectations from both management and staff with the vision of meeting up with set goals and objectives at all levels.
Front Desk
Clients Response/Feedback
- Clients were satisfied with the level of service provided to them as excuses not given to them regarding their documents and POA which was made ready before arrival and was duly signed and collected with joy and thanks to the organization.
- A client complained about delay in document.
Challenges
A client expressed displeasure in delay on her document. However, Management took programmatic steps to resolving it and as well assured her of no further recurrence of such which she received with thanks and expressed her gratitude accordingly to the organization.
Recommendations
Customer service and service delivery should be generally improved at both staff and management level to ensure efficiency, trust and accountability to clients who are willing to invest and do business with us.
Conclusion
The month is considered a busy and productive month as clients trooped in and out of the office. The unit witnessed a huge level of activities and was able to manage it effectively.
Remark
The Unit witnessed a successful outing and engagements with clients and visitors who came around the office and we are glad to state that we recorded just a handful of complaints from clients while a whole lot were satisfied with services received upon arrival.

The Unit witnessed significant impact in strategic areas and consolidated on already achieved fit of the unit to ensure productivity and longevity of business, service and production.

Welfare
The regular Monthly TGIF was conducted on Friday 26th September 2025 alongside a friendly match with Light-City Properties Ltd.
Challenges
Training: Management and staff training should be increased for effective service and product delivery.
Recommendation
The department wishes to advance that periodic seminars be conducted for old and new staff members to enhance productivity and compliance.
Conclusion
The Month is considered a successful one as no incident or operational challenges arose beyond the strength of the organization. However, the HR department wishes to appreciate management on the purchase of suits for staff which has drastically improved the appearance of staff which is the face of the organization. We therefore wish to inform management that the supplier is yet to complete the supply to enable all staff have theirs.
Office of the Business Development Manager (BDM)
The department recorded significant activities within the month ranging from marketing, inspections and follow-up on clients.

Marketing Locations Covered: Garki Market, Bannex Junction, Zone 7, Apo Legislative Quarters, Gudu Market axis, Utako Market, Lifecamp Roundabout, NNPC Junction, Nitel Junction, Transcorp Hilton Junction, Old CBN, Idu Railway/SCC Junction and Shafa Filling Station Junction.

Site Conditions
Concerns were raised by clients about the condition of road to some of our sites such as ACO and Apo Wasa, others included non-availability of Signage in all of our site.
Client Feedback
Clients were impressed with the level of work at Pyakasa Avalon City, Karsana and Katampe Extension as a result of the perimeter fencing that's ongoing and encouraged us to do same in all other sites to boost sales.

Recommendation
Management should ensure quick release of funds for fueling vehicles to avoid delay in operation and conducting inspections.
Additionally, site coordinators should improve on the way and manner to which inspections are conducted by paying close attention to clients, being able to read and understand body language of clients and know when to talk and play the right music with at a reasonable volume while with clients.
Conclusion
The department recorded significant result in the month as ended and look forward to doing more in the coming month.
Admin Department
The department carried out her roles effectively within the month by making sure that everything needed to run the establishment was fully provided and in place.

Challenges
Delay in release of funds.
ICT Department
A new ICT officer was employed to manage the department and social media page. However, much results have not been recorded in the department.
Recommendation
ICT officer should do more in the ICT department to improve presence in the social space and beyond.
Conclusion
Engagement in this area is not satisfactory.
Account Department
In line with the set target for the month. The company was able to meet up with 22.94% of Five Hundred Million Naira (₦500,000,000) for the month as ended. However, we look forward to hitting the set goal in the coming month.
Reasons for Not Meeting Up
Staff presence on the social space was not feasible enough to generate the needed target and result expected for the month. However, it is also imperative to state categorically that some staff are nonchalant in discharging their basic responsibilities on ground.
Strategy to Meeting Up
The following Strategy have been considered to improve sales by the coming month to ensure that demand is met.
- Improve Staff presence online (Ad)
- Employ more efficient and hardworking staff
- Kill the ideology of nonchalantness in staff by pushing them out of their comfort zones
- Increase trainings and workshops for staff
